William Francis Cummings received his Juris Doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, after earning a Bachelor of Arts from Wichita State University. Mr. Cummings splits his practice between criminal defense and civil litigation, including personal injury cases. He is admitted to practice in all Kansas courts and before the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
